Please join me for an hour of rest, restoring and unwinding from the busy work week so you can enter into the weekend feeling fully refreshed. This event is my core offering, an hour long sound bath amplified by a unique energetic healing technique called Pre-Quantum Accelerated Transformation, where the entire group will be lifted up and given a collective energetic healing that is generated from a space called the Void, the space where all things are created.
Spend the hour surrounded by the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, powerful gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and drums, knowing that you have nowhere else to be and nothing else to do but be here, now.

I will also be offering an optional Hapé ceremony to anyone who is interested. This ceremony will take place before the sound bath to help amplify the healing experience. It is optional for an additional $30, you can purchase the ticket below to reserve your spot (limited to 10). The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 so please arrive a little early to get settled.
What is Hapé?? Also known as rapé, it is a traditional plant based medicine made from ancient plants by indigenous tribes deep in the jungle of the Amazon. It’s highly guarded recipe that includes the tobacco leaf (not like cigarettes, this is the actual leaf grown in the ground, free of all chemicals) and several medicinal herbs, dried and ground up into a fine powder. Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. A few zero gravity chairs will be available, but there isn’t enough for everyone. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT. The studio has a few mats and head cushions available for our use in case you forget yours (but there isn’t enough for everyone)!
