Special Event!!
This month we are super excited to welcome Gita Lovinelli as our special guest, who will be flying in from Colombia to join us! Gita is a teacher and mentor to Laurel & Tammi. She is a very talented, God-centered healer, divine channel, alternative medicine & intuitive arts practitioner, sacred medicine guide, holistic transformational coach/mentor, trauma informed therapist, retreat facilitator/host & co-owner of Playa Neverland (a magical sacred land where the ocean meets the jungle, that is a wellness, adventure & healing refuge for many). She is passionate about helping the world heal, one soul at a time.
During this special 2 hour event, Gita will first offer an incredible healing ceremony to our group through the use of quantum healing energetic surgery, energy stabilization, and a talk about stored cellular trauma and how it impacts us on a daily level, along with a few other tricks up her sleeve! We will also talk about my upcoming retreat in February 2025, where Gita will be co-hosting with me and facilitating the medicine ceremonies with 2 other medicine carriers. Tammi will also be at the retreat offering her amazing skills. This will be a great time to ask questions, learn a new tool, and receive some powerful healing from a skilled medicine woman.
The final hour of the event will include our monthly sound bath & reiki that you have all come to love!
Join us for an immersive & uplifting afternoon of sound & energy, bathing in the healing vibrations of powerful instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, hand pan, harp, shamanic thunder drums and more played by Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Healing Arts while Leslie Coshun of Infinity Reiki Healing & Tammi Kapitanski of Remedy Within offer each guest a mini individual reiki session to help guests go deeper into the experience and facilitate mental, emotional and spiritual healing.
This amplified experience will help to activate the body's natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned.
What to know:
Our location offers aerial yoga which means we now have a limited supply of silk hammocks our guests can lie in during the sound bath! Arrive early to snag your swing! (Please note: jeans and jewelry are not allowed in the hammocks as they can rip the fabric)

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Doors open at 1:40pm
Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT. The studio has plenty of blankets, bolsters and a few yoga mats available for our use!
We are not responsible for any related or unrelated health incidences that may occur before, during or after this event. This will be a group setting we kindly ask you do not attend if you are feeling any illness symptoms of any kind.
