Weekend Wind-Down: A Sound Bath to Unplug & Restore
I have found us a new home for our monthly Friday Night sound baths! Veteran Sanctuary is a fantastic organization that offers holistic care for both veterans and the general public. They have just built out a beautiful NEW community space that will be home to our monthly gatherings. I'm so excited to be partnering with them as they are doing amazing work for our community.
Please join me for an hour of rest, restoring and unwinding from the busy work week so you can enter into the weekend feeling fully refreshed. No fancy bells & whistles at this event, just the same high quality, sound bath you have always expected and received from me.
So please do join us, you know you’ll be better off when you do!
What to know:
Please arrive a little early to get settled so we can start on time
Doors open at 6:45 pm
Spots are limited, sign up soon!!
*I reserve the right to cancel this event within 48 hours of start time if the minimum number of tickets have not been sold (so don't wait until the last minute 😉)
Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. A few zero gravity chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT. The studio has a few mats and head cushions available for our use in case you forget yours!
